Advanced Business Development for Partners is our core program for partners with 10-30 years of experience – and the only law firm business development program with measurable ROI. We teach concrete skills and process – not seminar-style tips and tricks. Since training without implementation is, frankly, a waste of your time and money, we stay with you for a full year to help your lawyers put what they have learned into their specific law practice. Our implementation consultants are not “coaches”; they are former in-house and general counsel with 20+ years of experience building successful practices. We want you to succeed and we are actively involved in making that happen.

Methodology
