Meet Luis Ardila

Luis Ardila serves as Client Service Team Manager for Cochran Client Development. He supports the Company’s CST Consultants in team formation, training, and implementation of team plans

What excites you about working with lawyers and law firms?

Having worked across diverse legal areas, from real estate portfolio development and management to business litigation, I’ve seen how effective client communications and customized service can impact the client experience. My passion is working with lawyers to develop more effective relationships to grow their business with important clients.

How does your past experience help you in your job?

I strive in all my work to exceed client expectations based on a clear understanding of agreed upon needs, timelines and deliverables. Managing a large caseload instilled in me the value of having a scalable process while maintaining client satisfaction.

What is something most people don’t know about you?

As President of the Hispanic Law Student Association and Law Review Managing Editor, I championed accessible legal services for Spanish-speaking communities. Coordinating outreach to underserved groups reinforced that effective communication transcends language—it’s about addressing unique client concerns. This principle now shapes how I work with attorneys to further develop their client relationships.
